As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding Bodcor’s reach by directly engaging with potential clients in the med spa and health & beauty sectors.
Your primary goal is to influence and secure the purchase of Bodcor business licenses. This role demands a proactive and result-driven approach, focusing primarily on telecommunication strategies.
Prospecting and Communication:
Actively call, text, and email potential clients, with a particular emphasis on calling as the primary mode of engagement.
Consistently achieve a minimum of one sold Bodcor business license per month.
Minimum of 100 contacts made 5 days per week.
Commit to a minimum of 4 hours of uninterrupted, dedicated work per day.
Utilize personal tools and resources necessary for remote work. Maintain complete transparency regarding output and efforts in relation to activity metrics and working hours.

You will have access to our state-of-the-art lead management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This tool is essential for tracking interactions, managing leads, and ensuring efficient follow-up processes.
Bodcor will supply curated lists of potential reach-out contacts. These lists are designed to assist in your prospecting efforts, providing a starting point for engagement with med spa owners and health & beauty professionals.
Direct Mentorship from the CEO
In this role, you will work directly under the guidance of Bodcor’s CEO & Founder. This mentorship is a core part of your training and development, providing you with insights and techniques from the highest level of the company.
Shadowing and Assistance
Initially, you are not expected to secure sales independently. Your primary responsibility will be to set qualified appointments for the CEO.
You will have the opportunity to observe and learn directly from these interactions, gaining valuable insights into effective sales strategies and client handling.
You are responsible for confirming all appointments before connecting the call with the CEO.
This step is crucial in ensuring a smooth and professional interaction between potential clients and the company’s leadership.
As you participate in these calls, you will gain firsthand experience in sales tactics, negotiation skills, and client relationship management. This period of observation and learning is key to your development as a successful sales specialist at Bodcor.
Even during the training period, when the CEO is securing deals, you will receive full compensation for these sales. This policy is designed to recognize your efforts in setting up successful appointments and to provide financial stability as you grow into your role.
The duration of this training phase will be tailored to your individual progress.
Once you have gained sufficient confidence and skill, as assessed by the CEO and yourself, you will gradually transition to handling and securing your sales independently.
This transition is a crucial step in your career development, marking your growth into a proficient and self-sufficient sales specialist within Bodcor.
While Bodcor provides these foundational tools and resources, success in this role requires more than what is provided.
We value and expect self-sufficiency and initiative. You should be able to independently generate leads and pursue sales opportunities, both with the provided lists and through your own efforts.
